Darius M. Mosely Associate

Legal solutions for business and individual needs! Darius’ practice focuses on general corporate work for small and medium sized business. He advises his clients in all areas of the business lifecycle including entity formation, contracting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisition and general business matter. Darius enjoys working with clients who are passionate about their own business.

In addition to advising clients on business matters, Darius assist families and individuals in developing estate plans to protect the financial future of their families. His experience includes drafting wills, trust, powers of attorney and other important planning documents.

Outside of the office, Darius enjoys playing chess and coaching high school football.
