Chad M. deRoode Partner

Chad M. deRoode is a partner at the law firm of McCarthy, Leonard & Kaemmerer where he specializes in business, construction and personal injury litigation.  He is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law and is licensed in both state and federal courts in Missouri.

Mr. deRoode handles all aspects of litigation from the inception of a case, through trial or arbitration.  Throughout his career, Mr. deRoode has both prosecuted and defended businesses, individuals and insurance companies in complex business, construction, personal injury and product liability disputes.  He has successfully tried several cases to conclusion in both state and federal court, and handled numerous matters in alternative dispute resolution, achieving favorable results for his clients through both mediation and arbitration.

Mr. deRoode uses his years of litigation experience, handling matters from both sides of aisle, in counseling business owners, executives and individuals and pinpointing the core factual and legal issues at stake and develop strategies for resolving disputes in an expeditious and efficient manner.
