Jake Doleshal’s practice is focused on construction and surety litigation in our Kansas City, Missouri office.  Jake comes with 25 years of experience. Throughout his career, he has represented national sureties and commercial general contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of matters. He has extensive experience in the area of bond claims, surety indemnity claims, contract payment disputes, and lien claim litigation related to warehouse, manufacturing, meat processing, refinery, multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, residential and retail projects across the country.
