Janet L. O'Hallaron Associate

Janet L. O’Hallaron is an associate at McCarthy, Leonard, and Kaemmerer practicing in the firm’s Employment Law Department advising employer clients with employment contracts, non-compete agreements, EEOC claims, workplace discrimination, employee handbooks, policies, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.  Prior to joining the firm, Janet spent time as an in-house counsel for several Fortune 500 companies and a professional associated business.  Janet is also an educator in Employment Law, Business Law, Legal Research and Writing, Comparative Legal Systems, Law and Literature, and Poverty Law.
