Ross E. Rochat Partner

Ross primarily focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters, counseling clients through all aspects of the life-cycle of a business, from start-up to wind-down and all steps in-between.  He regularly assists clients in evaluating, negotiating, and drafting business-to-business and professional contracts and counseling clients through mergers and acquisitions.  Ross brings a systems-thinking approach to all aspects of legal counseling and helps clients understand all elements and issues in context to find creative solutions that address all interests.  Ross is also uniquely positioned to help clients evaluate potential and pending litigation matters, given his experience litigating business and personal injury disputes.  A native of the St. Louis region, Ross grew up in Florissant and now lives with his loving family in Chesterfield.
